AIM broked.

Okay, I have that god-forsaken AOL browser thing with AIM and e-mail built in. When I start it up I get a message saying an error has occured, and my AIM buddy list can't be displayed and I can't send or receive messages. It says that it'll be fixed if I restart AOL.
So I do that like, seven times and it still doesn't work.

So then I try downloading AIM 6. It keeps saying "connection timed out" when I try logging in.

So then I go to AIM express using internet explorer, and it says "An unexpected error has occured" and it signs me out.
I try it again, and it says in big bold letters "Server is too busy".

What the hell is going on and how do I fix it?

But it isn't (or rather wasn't) just AOL. It's everything that is AIM.

And I don't have my own computer. My parents won't let me get rid of AOL.
