Age Limit in tourneys?

So my little brother (12 years old) is actually pretty decent an Sm4sh. He was wondering if there was an age limit and if he can go to a tournament with me.

Generally speaking they allow most ages so long as it isn't at an 18+ or 21+ venue (which is very rare). I know we allow people of all ages at the weeklies that we host and that's true for most other tourneys. If you think there might be an age restriction just ask the TO ahead of time.
