against jiggs charged-up roll

Whenever I play against Jiggs, she always does that charged up roll move. I evade it most of the time, but sometimes I misjudge and get hit. I would like to be able to counter it instead of running away from it all the time. It just gets so annoying when you're on a platform or something higher up and Jiggs is down below charging up and waiting for you. I sometimes try to drop down and dair her but missing and then getting blasted by a fully charged roll is just embarassing. If I shield, there's nothing I can do because I can't release it until the Jiggs stops rolling around (about 3 rolls per fully charged attack), so what's an effective counter?

I can't jump behind her because she'll just run away in the other direction. And you have to be very very exact for down B and f-tilt to work because when Jiggs is fully charged up she goes pretty fast. And trying to grab her is really hard as well because of the speed of the roll. Missing the grab means getting hit, so too big of a risk there. I just hate getting hit by something so predictable. I mean, one of my friends uses Jiggs and all he does is just wait on the lower level and charge up the spin, hitting me when I make a mistake, and at higher percentages, killing me. So incredibly annoying.

ftilt/fair is ridiculously easy to land on it; if you're having problems ftilting when she's on the other side of the stage (and not in range of a drop->fair) i'd say you just need to work on some basic reflexes

There are three tricks you can use to try and counter it:

1) Use an attack that has good horizontal range; DTilt, FTilt, or even Dancing Blade done quickly when you see her coming (all down versions) can stop her approach; it has one of the worst priorities in the game.

2) If she's charging it right next to the edge, just run up to her and charge Shield Breaker. Either a) you get hit and they'll be sent rolling off the stage because of the recoil or b) you get a fairly powerful hit and they'll most likely die.

3) Bait her by waiting for her at the edge, then sidestep when she comes; if she gets behind you and hits you in the back, she'll suicide because of the recoil effect. Be careful, however, because even a dumb player will catch on to this trick.

Same question with Pichus' skull bash, though it seems to have a better priority than jiggs. Does ftilt work against that too?
