Aero The Acrobat for Brawl!

Aero the Acrobat is a game that was developed for the supernintendo by Sunsoft, and was also the mascot of the company, yeah I know he looks a little like sonic or sparkster but he is a very unique character that if you have played his games could not disagree about his uniqueness.

Moveset:

B: throws stars

Down B: roll in the floor

Up B: Star Rolling (he takes and impulse up and does a roll throwing stars.

and he would glide of course:

Final Smash:

Calls Ektor's Engine and runs over everybody in the stage.

The game wasn't really bad or anything, it was just extremely generic for it's time, fairly standard plateformer... the control was a tad strange more then anything else.
