Pikachu is actually a viable character to go against sheik. There's not too much disadvantage. In my opinion, most people that get frame Trapped by sheik are trying to roll too much or air dodge everything. Sheik is fast but I wouldn't say she has priority over characters because she's a short ranged fighter and sometimes if not often her attacks get beaten out. Anywho what I recommend with pikachu against sheik is to sit in your shield and play off of your shield more often. But don't become a sitting duck to sheik or you're going to feel overwhelmed when she starts ****ting on you lol. Learn how to be defensive but know when to launch your offense in the same token. Learn what you can approach with using pikachu cause if I'm correct he doesn't have much of an approach game (don't really play pikachu) and here's some good advice for any matchup that will help you. As you play you have to analyze what your opponent is capable of and utilize the things that he let's you get away with. Half the battle is knowing what your opponent can do and reacting accordingly. With sheik don't be afraid to take damage because she is going to combo the dog crap out of you (no getting around it lol) and what I mean by that is trying to dodge every single blow she throws out because you feel overwhelmed. more than likely that's how you're getting frame trapped. You have to learn to di properly and learn what sheik follow ups are (or watch to see how they follow up their combos and watch for bread and butters.) Pikachus also pretty small so use that to your advantage. Some attacks can sorta whiff over pikachu and sometimes you can take advantage of that. I hope this helps. Do note that i am no expert, but I've faced a couple of good pikachus and small characters that give me a hard time sometimes so I hope my info is accurate and this helps.
