I'm new to the competitive scene, and I need to learn some of the advanced techniques such as SHFFL and wavedashing. I really can't do it with CPUs, and i don't know anyone who has time to teach me. Could I get some help? I only have the 3DS version at the moment.

This is the wrong discussion you need to go to the melee discussion for advanced techniques like SHFFL and wavedashing.

L cancelling and wavedashing are Melee-exclusive techniques, so if you want to learn how to do them then you should stop playing Smash 4, load up Melee, and head over to the Melee boards.

OK, forget wavedashing then. My main is Lizardon (Charizard), and my alts are Pit/Dark Pit, Samus, ZSS, and Bowser.

Still, what advanced techniques do I need to know for Sm4sh?

Perfect Pivot is a great place to start but smash 4 does not have very many ATs atm. You can find a video here and let me know if you need more help. And Jump Cancel Glide tossing can be pretty helpful but your main does not have items so you don't need it atm but it's still a good thing to learn.
