Adding Water to Stages

How might one take the water from the Pirate Ship stage and add it to another stage? I think I've seen this done, but I can't seem to locate it, now...

Anyone know how it was done?

Something with srt0 data i remember that but that's only if you want it to animate i believe

That's really a secondary concern, for me. Primarily, I just want the water to effect players properly(make them swim/drown). I'll poke around in srt0 and see if I find anything of interest.

Anyone else have any ideas?

Haven't tried this but for the swimming effects use the ef_pirates and see if it gives the swimming effects
