Adding Snow To A Stage (Please Help)

I wanted the snowfall from here to use on another PS2 stage.
Then I also wanted the snow from here to add to another smashville stage. There's regular snowfall + a temporary blizzard on it. Can anyone help me out with these, or at least the first one?
