Add Project M to Twitch.TV game database?

Project M is not in the Twitch game database. Has anyone tried adding it? People who stream Project M usually select Playing Super Smash Bros Melee in the title. Ideally, one could select Playing Project M.

According to this web page—http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/articles/1215455-adding-new-games-to-the-twitch-database—it would first have to be added to http://www.giantbomb.com/games/. We could also try asking Twitch support staff directly. Hopefully there are no legal issues and adding mods is allowed.

Yea, that should be definitely possible seeing as they have DayZ (a mod of Arma 3) as a game on twitch.

You can add a new game by clicking add new game located at the bottom right of the page. You need an account for it though.

Anyone can add the game I believe.

I'm in agreement, even though Twitch doesn't always work for me. I always have to use my iPhone because my mac is 10.5.8 or something. T_T

I tried to add PM to GiantBomb for this very reason several months ago, and they said they don't list mods individually if it's not available on a distribution network and if it doesn't have the blessing of the original developer. There have been several people trying to get it added to the Twitch database for some time, including the PMBR, but no luck yet.
