Acting out of Up Special

Hey, Anyone know how to make a character able to act out of Up Special? I am trying to do some PAC edits.
Thanks in advance.

All you need to do is make Up Special not end in Action 16 (Hex), but rather make it end in Action E (Hex). To do this, look for the Action the Up Special ends in, then change the Change Action command that includes Action 16 to Action E.

can you guys please please help me how can i change metaknight sideB i want to be able to do a upB out of sideB but every time i try editing the psa i am able to do multiple sideB moves and i only want to do one sideB then upB please help me
