Acquiring character trophies in SSE

Forgive me if this has already been bought up.

Now, Sakurai has told us that stickers can be used to power up characters in SSE mode, by attaching to the bottom of the trophies of playable characters. What I'm wondering is how exactly we get these trophies in the first place. In Melee, we'd play through the single player modes with a character and get their trophy (well, trophies). But what if in Brawl, we want to power up a character on our first SSE playthrough? Say, if we suck and get stuck on a lethal enemy like a paratroopa.

What I'm getting at is that I think that at least one of a given characters trophy will be given to us as that character is unlocked in SSE. That means we'd start off with the trophies of the starting roster characters, but I think it makes sense. Opinions?

Incidently, this post isn't meant for deep discussion or anything. It's just a minor thing I was considering, and thought it would be a nice change from leak speculation.

I think that because the characters themselves are trophies, it doesn't matter about getting their trophy first - you're already playing as it!

is it really that hard to run through on easy first to get the trophy?

i mean, i know how DEADLY those paratroopers are, but COME ON.
*laughs* As someone else pointed out earlier, that was a jab at one of the new vids^^ I doubt any of us will struggle at all with SSE on Easy.
