About the UpB out of shield...

do you get the grounded or the aerial version? i always tought u got the aerial version, just like with the other specials, but while palying toon link i messed up the inputs and i got a grounded up b out of shield, so i'd like to make sure that that wasn't an excepcion or some weird imput i did.

For the last week I have been practicing this option, and I get a mix of both pending how fast I hit the inputs.

You should get a grounded up B, and the only reason you'd get an aerial up B is if you jumped first. Do you have tap jump on? If so, that might be why you get the aerial up B; if you accidentally pressed B slightly after up, you'd jump and then instantly do the up B, making it an aerial up B.

Up-B OoS should be the grounded version of the Up-B. If you're getting the aerial version you're messing up the input.

If you get the grounded version, you're doing it right, if you get the aerial version or an up air, you're not jump cancelling correctly. You're pressing jump then up special, not jump and up special at the same time.
