wen d3 is chaingrabbing snake can pull a nade in 1 frame correct?, is there a way that a d3s chaingrab is perfect so snake cant pull a nade?, or will there always be that certain amount of time (say 3 frames) where snake can pull a nade?

Correct, the timing is a little tight, not tooo bad such as cging marth or something but he won't be able to escape if you do it perfectly.
