(Yes, I've made another thread. This one, however, is reporting what seems to be a glitch that I would like fixed.)
Since I would rather have extra gold than equipment, I've recently tried selling all my equipment, but it hasn't gone so well.
Firstly, it's very inconvenient to have no quicker way to select all the equipment you want to sell, and while this isn't the main problem I'm addressing, it does make the main problem even worse. I would either like a "Sell all" shortcut button or possibly a way to hold A to multi-select rather than pressing A on each piece.
The main problem, however, is this: When I go to Sell Equipment, it shows every piece of equipment I have for every character for whatever reason, and I have to toil for at least 5 minutes to select every piece and sell it all. Afterward, though, it seems that the game hasn't quite realized that I've sold any of the equipment, and this could be because of how much I'm selling; specifically, the Records says I still have over 1000 pieces of equipment, I still have the same amount of gold as before, and when I go to a different character's equipment page, it still shows all the equipment they had before.
I first noticed this on 3DS, and so I had to sell every piece of equipment three times before the game would remember that I did it. I just thought this was a 3DS problem because of hardware limitations, but when I tried it on the Wii U, the issue still appeared. This is especially annoying, as it turns a process that could be a couple of seconds, given the possible shortcuts I mentioned earlier, into 20 minute busy work. I'd really like this to be fixed so I can get rid of that unwanted equipment and receive my earned gold! (Since I now have all custom moves on both versions, I no longer see any reason for equipment.)
