IT'S AMAZING. really. You won't believe it until you try it out.

Your opponent will NOT expect it as long as you don't spam it, it kills really early if tipped, and the weirdest of all I NEVER GOT PUNISHED FOR IT BEFORE. I don't know how it works in the TOP levels, but I've got about 8 kills at a local tournament with it last week. Shield breaker is also good for surprise attacks but it won't kill as good. Seriously. Try those, they made me find my new main

It works the same way in all levels of play, surprise tip = good, spam = you dead son. Dsmash has insane lag when you whiff though, which is why it is never used liberally. You're opponent can hit you with just about anything if you whiff a dsmash.

Try getting fair - nair - grab to work on anyone who can use the airdodge/shield buttons. Or is using a character with fast attacks (Cough mk cough). It just doesn't unless you mindgame into it.
