Hi, my name's Darth Nova and I'm addicted to smash. (Hello, Darth Nova.) So the first thing I think people would start judging about me is my name, I'll explain that. A while ago I was part of the Gloom Walkers Clan, a Star Wars battlefront fan group and I was trying to just think of a cool name, and that's what I came up with. It was completely irrelevant to M2K's tag he uses sometimes. I kinda got out of the video game nerd life for awhile when other priorities came up such as band, but sometime around February my friend got me into Melee. The more I played, the more I loved the game and wanted to get better at it, eventually yearning to enter the competative scene. But I had to have a sweet name!!! Now, that epic revival of melee M2K vs Shiz match was the first actual match I looked up and watched and studied. I watched the smash documentary, watched more M2K, and he became my inspiration for the game. I got back into the Gloom Walkers Clan a year or two after it was shut down, then later brought back, and decided to go back to my awesome former name. Man, I had so much fun playing that game even after all that time. So I was still trying to choose my name, and I was narrowing down the options till I saw this one mewtwoking match, in which he used the tag NOVA! It struck me as my destiny. So I became Darth Nova.
So yes it was INSPIRED by m2k but no I did not rip it off lol
