A way to switch between full set and wifi-safe?

When I first got 3.5 I got the full set and was able to turn on the wifi safe set through the menu that loads up right after loading it from the Homebrew Channel. This was a while ago and I'm stupid and forgetful. Does anybody know if there's a way to turn the full set back on simply, or do I have to redownload it?

If you're using the PM launcher, the option should be there under the Add-Ons menu.

Yes, I'm using the launcher, but when I tried it today I just got code, it froze, and nothing changed when I rebooted. Should I just keep trying it?
