Now, I know these are hard times to be had. It is something that will be tough in the following years. Still, we can make stands against the situation we are in now. Here is what I have to say about it.
First, don't be afraid if you break, and don't give up if you are break, or defeated at first. Recovering from breaks makes you stronger, and you can keep strong and convert your defeat into victories in the future, and learn from them. No matter how badly you are feeling from breaking/defeating, it can only serve to make you better next time, especially if you are inexperienced about something. Taking defeats and learning from them and using them to improve yourself for next time, that is all a part of life. Plus, defeats are temporary. With that, the war is never over. Like superheroes vs. supervillains in comic books, life is a never-ending battle, or war against evil. Now, that does not mean violence should be used, at all. However, we can be, and are smarter, possibly smarter than we may think. As people, we can use intelligence and wisdom instead of violence to solve problems. Plus, if dealing with bad guys directly does not help, you can try to convince people why the bad guys and their actions, in general, not specifically a single person, and try to make them aware of their bad actions and make them less powerful and less able to be listened to.
At the same time, while the future is uncertain, we can make good things more probable by working harder and working smarter, and while there may be obstacles that stand in our way, obstacles are meant to be overcome, and no matter how strong the obstacle is, nothing can truly stop us, as we can find ways to overcome them instead of giving up. Don't feel bad or hopeless, just make your voice be heard and work with others with the same goal of making things better. We can do this! Even if some people who are bad can't be convinced otherwise, we can work around them, and do our best attempts to make the future better even if one person is controlling things in a bad way. Good futures can become more probable, even if we have to work extra hard or be smarter to try and make things happen. Even if our opponent is powerful, or very powerful, there can be ways to work around things they do, even if it is not easy, but we can not only make a good future probable, but instead of sitting back and waiting for things to happen, we can still act, and try to overcome the factors that contribute to the hard times we are in. We may not be able to solve or fix everything and make everything better, but the war and battles continue, and even if they have won, that is just a battle. We can't keep letting the bad guys win or keep getting what they want.
Even if we win in any number of things, we must keep fighting to maintain the good things we have made happen, as those things require maintenance and won't continue on their own. Even if negative emotions overwhelm us significantly, we must push on and not give up. Also, none of us can make the future better alone and individually by ourselves. Even if the bad guys don't listen, we can find other people to help us deal with the problems they cause or find other ways around them, even if we might not be able to find ways to solve every problem. We are more of a team, more than a team than the bad guys, like racists, sexist, etc. are, because those bad guys, no matter how powerful they are, are still small in number, as there are many more better people who can win against them if they try. Those people did not communicate with many types of people who are not like them, or don't share the same views, so even if they come in numbers, they are still isolated and alone, more so than the better people are. We can't let groups of bad people, who are very vocal even though they are a minority, stop us when there are more people who are better than what those bad groups are. We don't need violence or fighting like those bad people may do as well, and that is what makes us better than those people, who are more animalistic and don't act properly like a real human would. I am not saying we are necessarily superior overall, but we can still beat those bad guys in the future if we try hard enough. We need more critical thinkers and educated people, and people more in control of themselves, as those kinds of people are what makes the world better, and the bad guys would probably do nothing like what we do or can do.
