Can somebody change the sound effect that plays for Marth and Roy's counter to this? http://www.court-records.net/sounds/Phoenix - Hold it.mp3 I have no clue how this is done, and if someone could do this/direct me through doing it myself I would be quite pleased.

I have tried. There is no real guide to doing this outside of outdated ones that aren't very clear. I was hoping someone would either link a guide here this is actually helpful, or do it for me.

The one you gave me froze my game when I selected a stage. Not sure if you tested it or not. Also, from what you told me, it sounds like you changed his voice file. I meant that I wanted the sound effect for his sword shining animation that plays when you actually press the button to counter. Perhaps I should have been more clear.

So I think I can do it, but I need the sndconv.exe. It is nowhere to be found on the internet. Might you have it by chance?

Sorry about the freezing part,I'll try it on my wii later today.
I'll upload the shortened .wav of it later to so you can try it.
Its shortened cause sounds must be of equal or shorter length.
