A quick question.

I am just wondering, is it possible to add more songs to Project M? I know you could in Brawl by just attaching an iPod or something like that to the Wii to add, say, Escape From The City to Green Hill Zone real quick, saw a video on that.

Yes, you can put custom songs in the game. Basically, you have to download a specially formatted version of the song in the .brstm and replace a song that is currently in the game. It's not adding more songs, but rather replacing songs.

I suppose with the Stage Expansion Code you could add more songs, but eh...Same difference.
