A positive thought to have on For Glory

I finally managed to realize something after all of my dumb***ery around both this place and For Glory.

How do you feel better at For Glory after a salty-loss? Especially if you're like me? Who's not as consistent of a player as everyone else?
Simple.

First off, think of it akin to League of Legends or anything with an ELO system. Imagine if you're within the average "horrible hell-based ELO" range even if you try hard to deny it.
Second, this would mean everyone else is no different from you that you meet on For Glory, even if they're this one player who cleanly-beat your bum with a ton of salt-induced. Cause chances are, they're just as salty as you are.
Third, if you choose to leave out of frustration, or sandbag, just imagine this:

If those very kinds of players happen to be just like you, those who are on the For Glory montages, spammers and the like....
Then FOR SURE, if you just lost to them, chances are, they'll lose their next match the same way against the next player as well, and the recycle repeats.

That's the one positive thought in Smash 4 you should have on For Glory; the salt-inducing player you lost to even if you couldn't prove them wrong, will have a high chance of losing to the next guy the same way you did.
Just like in any ELO-based multiplayer game, there's also a good chance you won't particular players again for a good while.
They of course, will also have an upcoming For Glory monster possibly induce salt on them in your place.

Food for thought, since good players are always rare and the matchmaking system is very flawed.

That's a terrible thought to have. That's not positive, that's just being salty.

A better thought would be to remember it's just a game. If you're losing, you can use the experience to see what you could be doing better.

It should be YOU who puts these bullies in their place without relying on someone else to do it for you. A better positive thought is, if you can't win this time you'll get them next time with what you learned.

And if they do run a mile after mocking you, forget them (they aren't worth the thought) and regroup for the next person with your newfound improvement. It's not an easy to see improvement, but it is there.
