a PM style smash wii u mod

with some people already trying to make wii u emulators fans will soon get access to much of the systems game codes and by that point mods will be inevitable and especially for smash brothers fans will no doubt make a PM style mod that attempts at making the game more competitively viable which poses a few questions :

-which team will make this mod the PM team itself or another team.
-what mechanics should be added (wavedashing-Lcanceling).
-what mechanics should be removed (the rage effect-floatiness).
-what characters should they add (snake-lucas)
-how popular will it get.
-is it needed and or necessary.

This has been discussed around here in the past.

The PM Dev team has no plans for a smash wii U PM game. It's not going to happen.
