Hey everyone! I hate sounding like such a noob and have never spoken up really on the forums or stream comments and things like that, but here i am! I am a big Nintendo advocate and love their games! :link::bowser::155: i have a Wii U and many other Nintendo systems, my friends and people i know aren't really into Nintendo and their games as much as I am, so my love for Smash has been a lonely road ...despite this huge and awesome community of course.. but not much in real life interactions lol. Ive been watching smash tournaments and have been playing the games ever since Melee was released, i remember getting a gamecube and the game on the same day! (As well as Super Mario Sunshine which is an amazing game!!) Anyway, I've always been a casual player, playing against my friends and by myself but now I've started actually trying more advanced techniques and I'm looking to learn how to play more effectively. Any helpful tutorial or tips would be much appreciated! Im near the LA area so I intend to go to many tournaments around the area but I've been dying to play more competitively recently, and I want to catch up with all the meta game! I want to be pretty decent (competitive-wise) for Smash 4! I don't know if i would enroll in any tournaments at this point but it seems like it would be a really fun idea if i get good. I currently play Project M, Brawl, and Melee, but more of Project M lately. If anyone wants to play or has any helpful tips for meta game tricks (such as wave dashing .. i have trouble successfully pulling that off ) then let me know! I'm looking forward to be more involved in this fantastic community! Thanks guys!

You live in the perfect area for Smash. So many people T~T

But yeah, I got the goods right here (they're not drugs, I promise!). Here's a guide/tutorial for competitive Smash. It's well organized and it contains plenty of information I'm sure you'll find useful. If you disagree, you can have my soul. Please note that you can't disagree just to disagree in order to take my soul. Not cool.

Anyway, it's nice of you to join us and I hope you have a wonderful time around here :) Chuck Norris also appreciates your Nintendo enthusiasm and approves of you.

When typing the second letter of my username, just get that finger over one more key to the right and you'll have my name spelled out right as "Hokori" ;) Ha ha, "Hikori" makes me think of "Hickory"

But no problem at all! It's what I'm here for.
