Note: Not all of my stuff is SFW. Proceed with cautiiion. Oh! Spooooky, no?

The stupidly long introduction. I love leading you on.

2:12 AM. Should be 2:13 any second now... wait for it. Bah. 15 seconds 'till that.

I'm not much one for sleep. I don't think I ever really have been. I think it was about grade 3 that I started to not get nearly enough of it, and show up to school with a mind hungry for rest.

With age and time, I've just gotten worse. My lack of sleep has slowly turned into a large disdain for it. Actually, that's not really true... sleep,. I rather like. Trying to GET to sleep is what I hate. See, I can NEVER do it fast and easy. Apparently the average person hits Dream Land after 7 minutes! 7! How the HELL is that done!? I take a freakin' hour minimum. I just lie awake and stare at the ceiling, and think. What happened today, what's going on in my life, how I'm feeling right now, the end of the universe, how to nail my newest little friend to my bloody wall and scream at them to bite of their finger or die. You know. The usual stuff. So, usually, I get very lonely when lying there. Extremely lonely. That's the one thing I always try to avoid, that train of thought. I don't make friends easily, and all that junk, so I'd say I'm a very lonely person. The only time it really hits me is when I lie wake in the dead of night.

So, I guess I've just grown to avoid that. I simply stay up 'till anytime from 2AM to 4AM. I honestly can't say I mind it -- I feel at peace and the dark sky is really something! Recently I've been considering walking around town at night, just to see how it looks.

Anyways... a major factor I need to combat (apart from batting off heavy eyes) is boredom. That creeping feeling of "there's just nothin' to do..". You know the one. I call him Gary. Gary is often the one that finally sends me to my bed sheets. He's sort of like a giant mystical force of sleep desire. He's tall, nasty, and REALLY hates you. So much, in fact, that he wants you in bed and away from his sight fast. Now, not being one to like this idea much, he's one of the biggest factors I need to beat in my late night hours.

And I've begun beating it with drawing and writing. I've always loved creating things. Comics, stories, movies, paintings, whatever! I've probably dabbled in it at one point. Recently, I've begun taking this stuff more seriously, and have been considering a career as a Comic Book Artist. Well, that as a side one, I'd love to be an actor. I'm drifting off subject! Bah. New paragraph!

So, Drawing. Long story short, I've been doing it more and more in the night. Yay! I draw at night. There, I said it. I GOT to the point, eventually! I could’ve said that RIGHT at the start, but I had to lead you on. I'm so nice.

ANYWAYS! In what I assume is yet another attempt at killing the boredom, and lasting the night, I give you:

A Nightly Display of Dark and Evil Things. (I thunk...)

Stan and John

First up, my old comic book series I made. The series was called Stan and John, and focused on the "odd couple" idea, featuring the corrupt and murderous Stan, who was best friends with the kind and caring John. A relatively big cast was made over time, and it helped me explore writing. It was a bleaker comedy, but less sophisticated and more concerned with lowbrow humour.. It was kinda a more edgy version of the Simpsons really. That’s really about it. I’m not greatly proud of it, but it did really help me test the waters for what I could do.

John, one of the main characters.

Stan, the other protagonist.

The Devil. His last name is spelt wrong for the right reasons.

Mr. Apachino. What can I say? I loved this lunatic.

Some random soldiers fighting a random war.

Waldorf. A site I posted these on ages ago made me censor him, and I've lost the original uncensored version. Bah! Still, I should probably warn you, NSFW, ect ect, blah blah.

Can't have the Devil without God.

Just a random picture I did in music class when bored. Has swearing, so warning again. And stuff.

Just! For. Me,

I've been working on this fella for some time now. After Stand and John, I took a rather long break from drawing. A few months or so ago, I had an idea for a new, deeper comic. I had the idea one night, when, laying awake in bed, I realized just how insane my life currently is, and thought it’d be interesting to twist, turn, and generally fuck it up on paper. It’s set in a dark and empty world, with fairly stylistic characters. They’re all very thin, kinda geometric, and lack pupils. I’ve been thinking of making it a very dark comedy, in the vein of JhonenVasquez or Tim Burton.

The character drawings I have so far are:

Yay.

Yay. (That was yay backwards)

I noticed this one looked REALLY like Jack Skellington. I was half pissed off, and half amused by this. So I named her Sally. More yay.

This is a picture someone asked me to do. They wanted a Devil, so I... drew them one, I suppose. It's in the same style as Just! For, Me. Some extra yay with that.

Cheese an' Bacon

A little side thing I'm working on right now. I've only made two single page strips, but I'm thinking of making a few more. It's deliberately done when I'm really tired, with the only force pushing me to see what the fuck on Earth I've created in when I wake up in the morning. It's honestly just random babble.

"Culture is stoopid" is a quote that a friend of mine said when he was trying to sound smart and knowing when Ash and I asked him what some of the messages in a certain comic book were. I thought his half-baked answer was hilarious, so I shoved it in there. I have the power.

Puff!

Random Disjointedness

Anything else I do goes here. Which, so far, is nowt. At least not scanned. Scanning takes so much time outta my day.
