A newcomer from each game?

OK... So, we've got Wario, Meta-Knight, Zero-Suit Samus, Ike, Pokemon Trainer and Diddy Kong. What's this you ask? Well it's a list of newcomers from games that were already represented by characters in Melee! Seems we've got more of them than we do newcomers from games that haven't been represented, which are, at the moment, just Pit and Snake, one of which is a 3rd party character, and thus doesn't really count in this argument.

Each of these newcomers is from Mario, Kirby, Metroid, Fire Emblem, Pokemon and Donkey Kong, respectively, all of which are games that were represented in Melee.

Anyway... my point is this. I am of the *very strong* belief that each of the games represented in Melee, that COULD have another character in Brawl WILL have a another character in Brawl (with the obvious exception of Ice Climbers and Mr. G&W, which, although possible, I don't think there would be another character that qualifies as playable material).

There are 4 more games from Melee, that should have another character added to the Brawl roster: Zelda, Starfox, F-Zero and Mother.

Now I think I'll get to the point:
From each of these 4 games, if you could ensure one newcomer got in from each, which 4 would you choose?

My picks? Wind Waker Link and Wolf and Black Bull. Not sure about Mother, because I live in the UK, and we've never been allowed to play it...

Yeah, Wario is reppin' for Warioware there buddy, not for the Mario series, so we got three series represented.

I think many of use wanted at least two reps for returning characters in Melee, which was a bit saddening. Metroid, Kirby, F-Zero and MOTHER are probably the ones people wondered about the most since there were so many possibilities. Glad ZSS and Meta Knight made it.

His name is actually Black Shadow. His craft is the Black Bull.

I'd want Wind Waker Link to completely replace Young Link, but with an entirely original moveset. I fully agree with Black Shadow, though the fact he has been seen to have electrical powers from time to time makes me wonder if he'll end up being like the Ganondorf of old. As for MOTHER, it depends. Id want the second Earthbound rep to be Princess Kumatora from MOTHER 3 as opposed to the suggested Paula. She's just infinitely cooler and has more character. Though I guess they could have both Ness and Lucas (MOTHER 3) instead.

We could very well be getting a newcomer from each game, but that does not limit it to only one. We can't know for sure yet because he wouldn't, for example, give two Fire Emblem character updates near each other because he'd want to show more diversity.

Starfox series: Hmm, I want to say Peppy so one of his moves would be a barrel roll. Wolf is more realistic, I suppose.

Mother series: Again, I don't care.

Metroid series: Zamus doesn;t really count - I choose Ridley.

I don't think we are getting a F-Zero newcomer, because Samurai Goroh (the logical choice) got deconfirmed.

Well yeah first wario represents the wario game not necessarily warioware seeing as he had his own adventure/platformer also though it's true that FE was represented in melee it's only because of fan uproar for the edition of Marth and to promote the new FE game by adding Roy it seems to be the same way with Ike so it isn't a matter of because FE was repped in melee they have to add FE toons. Besides that WTB Megaman/Roll and hopefully the return of Marth but Lyndis would also be acceptable since she's a blade lord and a girl thus implying agile =D. I would say Lucario but they'd have to trade him for Mewtwo otherwise there's just too many pokemonses. Ridley would be so cheap I just know it bwahahaha...uhm guess that's all I have to say for now, ciao

WARIOWARE: While just about every single WarioWare "level" character would probably make a great AT, I'd love to see a breakdance-fighting Jimmy T or a vespa-riding Mona make full roster positions.
