A new type of tier list

Ok the idea is that we have polls on project Ms easiest characters to use vs the hardest characters to use and then we form a tier list based on how easy it is to use them via the opinion of all of smashboards members does anyone agree it was an idea that came to mind I, myself am against tier list but im all for this

I see your point then why dont we narrow it down to combos follow ups and usability?
