The idea was to create a build where everyone has shine as down-B and that you can switch in the character select screen (with d-pad or something) between falcos shine and fox' shine. I tried to do it but i failed, because i dont know how to do the switch between falco and fox shine in the css

You could use 20XX 4.05 as a base and replace the .rat and .lat files with the modified movesets to have the shines.
