Ok guys I've obtained an MDL0 file from kittycorp to remove Link's shield and some other features. Problem is that uh, I don't know where to place the file or how to make it work. I seek guidance from the wise.

What are you taking about?
Anyway if it's a character model open FitLinkXX.pac/pcs and got to 3dmodels and right-click and hit replace with the model you downloaded
