Eh. Startropics isn't nearly as popular or well-remebered as some people think he is, so I don't think he has much of a shot. Heck, even Nintendo seems to have forgotten that Startropics exists.

Actually, Sakurai made a character model for Mike for Brawl before putting him out of the game. I don't know if it's true, but check google images for the picture.

Unless you can provide a source, I'm gonna have to call BS on that. Startropics didn't get so much as a sticker in Brawl; If there was a working model, there would have been a trophy or something, which there wasn't.
