A Final Smash Question.

I was wondering....If you're behind the person who does the Smash Attack, can you hit that person? Will it keep doing the attack and get damaged but stay still?

Most FS's make the user invincible, so it would depend on the character.

Different FSs. Some make the character invincible, some don't. But they never flinch.

I wish they would make that u can select how much the smash ball appears in a match.. I mean i know its like an item and u can turn it on or off or make it appear at a high, mid, or low rate... but for serious play.. i don't think it would be gay to be able to select it to appear only once a match or twice at best.. instead of multiple times.

So far all final smashes except Sonics and Olimars allow the user to still take dammage but I dont think theres knock-back.

Another reason why using a FS isn't an end all win.

If you miss with say, Mario's or Samus', you can leave yourself open for attack.

It should also be noted that a lot of characters are left open after the attack is done. Meaning if they beat on you and you survive, you can get a free power hit in.

I was mostly refurring to Mario's FS. It will probably be the latter.

The wifi video on the dojo showed that(Samus FS-> Link waits while charging a smash attack behind her).
And since that was the development team, I believe you're invincible while performing it(Samus' at least), mainly because Link didn't even try to attack her until she was done.
