So i finally got to talk with my brother after 3 weeks. he plays ssb and some of melee and mains as Samus here was a little of our talk about ssbb its only a little of it b/c the other half was about samus and zamus
Me: so the roster is confirmed 35 what do you think about it?, some fans are pissed some love it
Nerd: well they have the right to be pissed Nintendo is really shooting them selves in the foot with this one, I thought mega man was in and I was about to buy a wii!
Me: right. so heres what im thinking. Would there be any way to add more characters to brawl that are not in the game disk?
Nerd: well brawl's foundation was melee so if you wanted a melee character you could easily extract them and play them but they wouldn't be graphically updated nerfed or buffed and that really depends on the coding.
Me: okay um would it be possible to to fit a whole character on a 1gb sd card?
Nerd: easily it just depends on how many details the character would have ,possibly 2 charaters.
Me: So say a third party was all like "hey we weren't invited to a brawl well we will just make our own character and sell em" could they do that without getting in trouble?
Nerd: yes they can in fact {he went on about the gamegennie and the law suit and yadda yadda yadda yeah i tuned him out sry}
Me: how probable would it be if Nintendo held back a bunch of characters to release over the Wii shop so they could make more money.
Nerd: Very Probable, I could see them doing that actually
Me: Well the online community says that the wii cant handle that kind of a download.
Nerd: it just depends on how they send it {he started speaking geek and talked about the havok engine and went on to star wars engines mentioning that there are three engines for the starwars engine and that people who have the havok engine on there computers could actually make characters, and then he lost me. sry i dont speak geek

Me: okay what about an expansion pack? do you think they would release an expansion pack for brawl filled with new characters and goodies! I would pay $40 bucks for 12 new characters and extra features!
Nerd: Look bud that would require people to get off their butts and I dont know if they would do that, but there are a lot of developers who are just itching to get this game and I can tell you this, If they are not satisfied with this game I can see them getting involved and making characters ...{started speaking geek again I am sorry i dont speak binary and he alway calls me bud thats not my name and then the baby burped so loud she threw up lol}
and then he started talking about buying a wii controller and nunchuck so he can show my other brother how to really play as samus and then his wife who simi speaks nerd tells him
