A few question about N air, and Down smah

Just a couple of weird questions.

The Nair - If I execute the Nair infront of the opponent facing the opposite direction will the priority be the same? Will the damage be the same? Does the rules of sex kick account to the back of the leg? Does it come out faster the the Nair itself?

Down smash - If I execute the down smash below the opponent instead of next to will he fly upwards? If so can this be chained smashed ( Iunno ) or is it to long a animation?

If you throw out a nair while not facing the opponent you're gonna have to DI into him in order to get a hit and that definitely lower the damage because it isn't sweet spotted. Not sure if the rules apply or not but it should come out at the same speed. You're better off doing a normal nair imo.
The Dsmash only pops the opponent up when they're somewhat on-top of you, if they're below it should have the same effect. As far as I know, you can't chain smash with it but you still can follow up with a Usmash I guess.
