Sadly it's not subtitled, but the plot is fairly easy to understand. It's all about making friends and becoming part of a community ^_^

The DVD's currently available, but sadly not yet in a form that will play in an American DVD player... nor is a subtitled version available yet...

It's much more amusing if you're somewhat familiar with Animal Crossing for the GCN or the DS, as a little of little in-jokes, musical queues and gags are snuck in from the games.
