A Different FS maybe?

Couldn't they have made Pikachu a better Final Smash. Like evolving into Raichu for a little while, or making the base level of a course be full of electricity? Or how about a Zap Cannon? Pikachu with big energy balls coming out of his cheeks? Something...any ideas on what it should have been?

Evolving into Raichu for a little while? How much sense does that honestly make? This isn't digimon.

Volt Tackle seems pretty nice to me. I mean, I haven't played the game, but I don't think Pikachu could've gotten something much better than a giant electric ball of death.

I would have to approve with Circus there. The volt tackle seems pretty deadly if controlled by someone with some practice.
