A Bit More Control on Randomness

I would like a code that would allow me to control which characters and stages come up when Random is selected. Specifically, for characters, I want all characters normally in Brawl to come up in addition to Giga Bowser but without Meta Knight, and I would like to shut off all stages that are completely custom (not the stage builder ones, the STGCUSTOM ones) as well as a few others that I have shut off in Brawl (but I assume this code would override that decision.)

Anyway, do such codes exist?
