80's synthy theme wanted

So after putting some 80's retro synth music on some stages, I decided I'd really like to just make a flat out 80's custom thing. Basically music and colors that go along with Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon and things of similar nature. I found some cool stage skins on here, like this Dimensional Field BF stage, that pretty much nails aesthetics and colors I want, but not sure on its compatibility with 3.0 and up. If anyone could help out, that would be great
