Smash Wii U 8 Player Smash in the demo?

I just had a thought - if a demo is coming, do you think 8 player Smash will be available?

Also, if 8 Player Smash is in the demo, that could mean we are getting 8 or more characters in the demo...

What characters would you like to see if this is indeed the case? :3

The Original 12 seem like the obvious choices given a Wii U demo. That'd be more than enough characters to tide us over, they're all starters, and there are 8+ of them so it all works out. I'd like to see Mega Man and Ganondorf on the demo though if we get one.

Honestly if there is a demo for Wii U, the entire starting roster of the 3DS version should be available...

If we do receive a demo, I'd expect something more along the lines of the 3DS demo than anything else. Just a few characters and one stage with it's omega form. They might expand on that idea, but I really doubt they're going to openly offer new game modes in the demo.
