Important 4BR Tier List 2016 Discussion

Welcome to one of the most important threads and projects tasked by the 4BR, the Tier List Project. Taking numerous resources, data, and points of views, this thread's ultimate goal is to see a tier list drafted for Smash 4 in the upcoming year.

More will be discussed in terms of format and how this will all work once we have a good foundation, but for now I wanted to leave this locked placeholder thread so every BR member knows what one of our major goals here is.

To keep everyone up to date, we are currently determining how long we will wait to start the tier list voting until the inevitable December 15th Smash Direct.
