at least 100 years ago the usa asked Puerto Rico if it wanted to be a state and they said no then they again 2 more times if they wanted to be a state and said no 2 more times. now their asking again tomorrow if they want to keep status quo. what do you think their gonna say? oh and its literally do you want to keep status quo. do you know what this means? it means if they copy pasta their answer from before they ment get something they dont want.

I haven't read about this in the papers... In fact, every time status is brought up, people say that the whole subject is shady, and don't reveal anything else. Right now we have a governor who's pulling for state status, as opposed to previous instances where we used to have governors that wanted PR to stay the way it is (which, in my opinion, is stupid... Lots of decisions our government takes are dumb and have better answers, literally our government is full of idiots)... So we'll see what happens.

From what I hear in the radio, every time they bring up the status, they label it as unimportant compared to the other issues in the island. They prefer fixing our current problems over fixing our status.
