If a stage is not listed here, it is banned for this tournament. For the purposes of this tournament, I have banned both Defino, Halberd and Lylat to give those of us who don't play Diddy an easier chance at this game.
Rainbow Road is being tested as a legal 3DS tournament stage for counter pick and willl be incorporated into future tournaments if players deem it satisfactory.
You may only use strikes during this tournament. Stage bans are disabled for this tournament as I'm still trying to get back into the groove of things.
