I was looking on amazon and holly crap original first party controllers are from $44.00(cheap)-to over 100$(normal prise it looks like) so I was wondering are non-turbo 3rd party controllers legal and if so what are ones that don't fell cheap and are good/feel like first party

They're legal, but extremely bad; they will break very quickly, and while they do work they will be far inferior to an official controller. You could literally buy 10 third-party controllers and they wouldn't last you as long as a single official one, and they would be consistently worse in every way while they did last.

$25 Black controller (Smash Bros. edition):

$23 White controller (Smash Bros. edition):

There's really no reason at all to waste your money on a third-party controller. In addition to what @ Stride Stride mentioned, you could get a first-party for even cheaper than $23 off of eBay. You should take time to look closely at the pictures to be sure they're not overly beat-up, but each one I've purchased has been in great condition.
