Smash 3DS 3DS Stops Playing Music in Sleep Mode

Maybe I'm doing this wrong... I can play music in sleep mode by clicking the button in the top right of the bottom screen. This works perfectly until a song ends. At that point the music stops playing and I have to wake the system to start playing another song.

I can press R right before a song ends to move to the next one, but I'm at work and can't focus on the ending points of songs.

Am I missing something obvious, or is this the way the music player functions?

The default setting is to stop playing when the song ends. If you want it to play another when the current one ends, you have to set it to "Repeat All" or "Shuffle". The option is right next to the Sleep Mode button.
