I completely forgot about "Id-Purpose"!! That's my favorite song from FE:A and I guess I didn't think of it because it's not a remix ^^

Picking just 3 is downright painful. In terms of only new arrangements, I would say:

1. Classic: Final Results
2. Mega Man 2 Medley
3. The Mysterious Murasame Castle Medley

For a song that plays for an average of 5 seconds at the end of classic mode, the Final Results song is incredibly beautiful, especially in a fighting game filled with mostly aggressive songs. If I was including re-used songs, then Mechanical Rhythm and/or You Will Know Our Names would definitely be up on the list. Possibly Boss Fight 1 from KIU.
