3.6 won't work

I deleted all 3.5 files except the apps folder which wasn't in the 3.6 folder and replaced them with the 3.6 files but now whenever I try to play I get stuck at the green staticky screen and I have to unplug my Wii. I'm using nohomebrew and I never had any problems with 3.6
