3.5 to 36 stagelist

how would I disable the ability to press l to get a second stage, I want the stage list like 3.5 but with all the other good stuff from 3.6.

Why do you want to remove the L ability?

I want to make a custom build and I'm to lazy to change the stage select pictures, like I wanted to switch the order of the battlefields but it would look weird if I left that part unchanged.
