3.5 for Japanese version?

Is there a 3.5 for the japanese version of smash bros (or can someone help me make/get one)? I don't have an English version of Brawl, but the japanese download on the site is only for 3.0.

Japan is NTSC too so I'd assume the english version would work

NTSC-J does not have a 3.5 version yet. Bero, the person responsible for JP PM, left recently to focus on school. We are working to get a JP version out around the same time as PAL if possible. No promises though
