Hey guys! I apologize for the cancellation of the last tourney- I ended up getting REALLY sick, and was unable to host/run the event. I'm feeling much better, and I'm ready to get back to business!

NOTICE:
If you've signed up, DO NOT forget to check-in on Challonge at 1:00 CST!
The tourney is scheduled for 2:00 CST Sunday, March 22!

-RULES-
2 stock, 6 minute
If timed out, the game will be settled by stock advantage. If tied, it will be settled by percent advantage.
Gentleman's rule is in effect (any stage may be chosen if both parties agree)
Dave's Stupid Rule is in effect (cannot counterpick to a stage previously won at)
Customs and equipment will be turned off.
Only Winners/Losers Finals and Grand Finals will be best of 5. The rest of the tournament will be settled through best of 3 sets.

|>Stage Striking and Counterpicking
To determine the first stage played on, players will strike stages (in order of 1-2-1, the lower seeded player is granted the first ban). Whichever stage remains is the one that will be chosen.
When counterpicking, any stage on the list may be chosen, but only after the winner of the last game has banned two stages of his choosing. These bans are separate, and to not carry over from the strikes before game one.

All stages are based on the 2015 EVO ruleset.

Ow man, hosting this the exact same date and time as SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY SMASH. Maybe wanna move the time around a bit, I already got 50 people signed up, and don't wanna have either of our events busted by people conflicted over which to join.

Crap....that's not good.
Sunday works best for me and all of my friends- it's the only day and time where we can guarentee we won't be doing anything.
I'll have to look into other times a bit more, but I might just have to call it off altogether.

Well thank you for letting me know my title got screwed up @_@

Sunday works best for me and all of my friends- it's the only day and time where we can guarentee we won't be doing anything.
I'll have to look into other times a bit more, but I might just have to call it off altogether.

I don't wanna hurt you event, especially if you have friends coming and such since that's no fun for either of us. I'm not saying don 't host if you know you have people coming, don't wanna be a bully or something. I'd say just come join my tournament but that feels really selfish to me, and I'd feel weird like I pressured you into it...

Let me know if we could find a way to work something out together, I'd like to make things have a happy ending for both sides if we can.

I've been thinking about it, and maybe I can push mine up a bit to start at 1:30 or 2 CST? That at least puts an hour between the two events for anyone who may have entered both
