3.0 Time release?

As we all know, 3.0 is coming out monday the 9th BUT what TIME on monday will it be released for all to have?

I kinda get the feeling it wont be like Sunday 11:59pm - Monday 12:00am to when it comes out so does anyone have a specific time of 3.0 release?
