Midwest 2nd Annual Smash 4 Singles Tourney

As a smash 4 player, Tournaments aren’t very present in the city of Chicago, Especially in the south side of Chicago. I only get to play it locally with my friends and family that barely visit Chicago. It’s really hard to organize a time to hang out and just play games because high school leaves you( or me at least) so busy. This is one of my favorite games and I’ve share my love for this game everywhere. I’ve been bringing this game to school and slowly realized that people also enjoy the game, even if it is their first time playing. This tournament is not completely surrounded for competitive play; it’s also for people who just want to have fun and make new friends. The Tournament was intended to bring the community together and maybe even find a new hobby. This isn’t the first time I created a Smash 4 Tournament. In May of 2016, I hosted my first Smash 4 tournament among friends. I had help from my family, the support of my friends and completed a successful event. I want to paint a bigger picture and get more of the community involved. This would be a great way to bring people in the community together. One entry fee ticket pays for your entry, food, and drinks.
