2GGaming Signs Japanese Star Komorikiri



On November 15th, Smash-focused organization 2GGaming revealed Rei "Komorikiri" Furukawa as their latest sponsored Super Smash Bros. for Wii U player.


Komorikiri, currently ranked 1st in Japan and 11th on the Global PGRank, is a Japanese Cloud and Sonic specialist. Apart from being his country's best, he is among the best at his characters. He joins Takuto "DtN | Kameme" Ono and Yuta "LG | Abadango" Kawamura as the few sponsored players in Japan.

Will we see more of Komorikiri in majors held in the United States?

The fact that Komo is my favourite player to watch despite him using two characters I don't like all that much speaks volumes about how much I adore him. Congrats Komo!
